Occasionally a friend will ask if I photograph weddings. Invariably I demur, and then shoot from the pews instead. In this case, it was from the deck chairs of my friends David and Jo’s beach bash.
One of my favorite photos from my own wedding was from a close friend who’d been popping a flash on his little Ricoh GR. Ever since, I’ve wanted to return the favor.
